"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Soooo, I've moved! I'm now in a new place called toronto, and I absolutly love it! There is so much culture and diveristy, I don't think I'll ever get used to this. I'll have some picture sup in a bit, but first, I need MAOR INSPERATION! >.<
